SYNOPSIS
A deserted beach has been occupied by a group of teenagers for the summer holidays. None of them imagines that this isolation has a motive, a reason. They camp besides a crashed plane on the beach, reclaimed by the landscape, but no one notices that a silent boat arrives at dawn and a man stalks them from a distance.
about the Project
"THE ROAR" will be the second feature film by Mexican writer-director Astrid Rondero. It is currently being developed.
It is a coming of age film, permeated by Mexico's violent days. A reality so out of order that sometimes can be confused with a very frightening dream.
This is the story of a vacation that turns awry, a brutal first taste of real life for a group of teenagers.
